Isabel Rubio Florido, who holds a degree in Pedagogy, a doctorate in Leisure and who is coordinator of postgraduates and doctorates in the Institute of Leisure Studies of the University of Deusto, gave us ideas for enjoying free time as a family.
Firstly, it is of utmost importance to organise free time well, that is to say, it is recommended that the boy or girl carries out activities that are a continuation of what they learn in school, but taking into account the difficulties they may have and their motivation for each activity. In addition to this, she indicated that it is important to work in a way which facilitates family time, that is, carrying out different activities using different approaches (playful, creative, environmental-ecological, festive, shared, etc). This all contributes to ensuring that quality free time is enjoyed by all.
